does anyone know how to teach me to change the font size/style in Kanotix Easter?

Welcome to Kanotix, Jolie.
To adjust fonts in KDE, go to Kmenu>Control Center>Appearance and Themes>Fonts. There you can change fonts for specific places, like Desktop, Menus, Taskbar etc. Or you can change them all at once.
