| The rt61 module included with Kanotix is not the very best wifi module IMHO. However the rt2x00 project is undergoing a massive rewrite of the rt61 module, and all the other so called "legacy" ralink drivers, in order to get support for such adapters into the linux kernel (long term future). |

I got that deal, and Kanotix had no trouble recognizing the card .
